Following the dissolution of Goodman and Carr LLP, where I was a Partner in the Litigation Department, specialising in complex commercial litigation, I have set up independently to offer the following services to the Profession:

    • preparing for and conducting Examinations for Discovery, Motions, Examinations-In-Chief and Cross-Examinations
    • lectures on important legal topics, including Professional Responsibility and Ethics
    • conducting/moderating the Law Society’s Professional Responsibility Examination for Articling Students

    • hands-on, practical advice to Partnerships of all sizes on all aspects of practice management, including effective communicating, mentoring and lawyer retention
